ACELMEX A.C. is an independent not-for-profit charity, which supports those consumers suffering from celiac and non-celiac gluten sensitivity.
Over the past 12-years, the association provides information on celiac disease and gluten-free diets, advises on social and educational problems and promotes multiple activities for the benefit of this sector.
Members depend on ACELMEX A.C. for reliable advice and support, the funding of critical research on celiac disease, working with health professionals to improve diagnosis and advocate for the increased availability of innovative, safe and reliable gluten-free foods.
